Too Much Fun

I was looking at the pictures that Jeanette had given me from our Mothers Day Party last night and Kyle was laughing at them and saying how much fun it looked like we were having. Then he asked if we could go there. So I called Erin and Liz and we all met at Gateway for some Fountain Fun! At first Chloe, Seth and Sam were a little timid and mostly watched Madi and Kyle splashing around (Chloe & Seth got there before us and were wet and a little cold), and then the Olympic Music started and the fun really began!!! Madi was an amazing conductor of the Olympic Anthem while the water obeyed her every command, while Kyle was chopping bad guys left and right. Seth and Chloe got braver as the water eased up a little, while Sam got very close, fake us out, and then back away very carefully. By the end Sam was very brave and but his hand over one of the spouts, only to have the water spray up right at that moment and get him right in the face!! What a blast!:)

SO THANKFUL!!!!

Wednesday started out like any other day. The kids are off track so I've taken some days off, and we just played around, went out to lunch to McDonald's, then went to the park, then I was off to Young Women's. My second councilor needed to leave early, so she took off, and headed for home. My First councilor came to me with her phone, and I was thinking Who would call me on her phone? Well it was my second councilor and she said she was driving home and she thought that Kyle had been hit by a car. I ran out of the church and started driving home. Sure enough Kyle had been riding his bike home from a neighbors house, and was hit two doors down on the road leading to our house off the busy street. Jeff was in the front yard playing basketball and saw the whole thing happen. Besides a little road rash and being pretty shaken up, miraculously Kyle is fine. I am SO THANKFUL to a Heavenly Father who loves us and protects us Daily.
